A complete miniature Mercier Road Racer has come into my hands-called the Tour de France Special. It's complete in every detail-even with its little pump. Weinman brakes. Cottored cranks and chromed rims. It's a blue-green color. The tires hold air but the side walls have some dry-rot. I have never seen anything like it. It's a real attention getter.
The seat tube measures about 35 cm C-C.
