Hi Walter,

If you are looking for a cleat that fits the Look bolt pattern, then the simplest answer is probably the cleats that the Yellow Jersey shop in Madison sells:

There were some nice slotted cleats from Shimano many years ago, but I suspect that the remaining examples are safely stashed in CR members' parts boxes (such as mine).
