Dale et al- The dinner and then visit to villa Pergolizzi was more fun than a slip and slide. The real fun was todays running of the JB/Alpine ride. Hearty listmembers Joe Bell, Brian Baylis, Peter Gilbert and myself as well as the local group including Fast Eddy rode the relentless uphill ride of not quite 30 miles to Alpine (elev 4000) A super beautiful day but the Santa Ana winds seemed to be 'in your face' most of the way but helped with the trip down the mountains on the 50mph + decent. A special thanks to Peter and JB for keeping this old dog on course- A great ride and great fun had by all this CR dinner and ride.

We ate & drank, talked for hours and had a very disorganized trivia game competing for a few goodies I brought. We even had a few trivia questions that none of actually had the answer for! Great fun...
