Sure, just knock off the retaining ring with the two pin-wrench holes. You don't need a pin wrench that fits, you can use a hammer and punch. The thread is left-hand so it unscrews "backwards".

Once that's off, the outer part of the FW body will just fall off - bearings & pawls & springs all over the floor - but who cares, right?

Then you can build the wheel completely, then remove the inner part of the body by normal means.

By the way, if you need to get the last cog off the FW body, you'll want to buy the special VAR tool that clamps the body in a vise for removing the cog. You can find it for sale here, for just $3 plus shipping:
