[CR]polishing fiamme rims?

I've got a decent set of Fiamme Red Label rims laced to high-flange Record Pista hubs, and I was hoping to get them polished up nicely before mounting new tires. Can anyone recommend some safe cleaning products to use on the rims (and the hubs, for that matter) that will bring back that shine?
