The shop I work at has an old Viscount "aerospace" bike that needs a crankbolt.
The threading is a truly non-standard and obsolete British Standard Fine 5/16 x 22 TPI
I was hoping someone on the list is like me and hoards old bike bits ???? LOL !
If you have one and can help us out please let me know. Definitely willing to pay shipping and more - this bike has been sitting in limbo for a year now and it needs to finally come together.
Please don't suggest the old "try a British motorcycle place . . ." We did and it was a waste of time. Ditto for ordering online - the places that I found want to sell box quantities, or at least a minimum quantity that just does not make sense for this project.
