Subject: [CR]eBay confusion or corporate fraud?

Listers, I just won an auction. I should be somewhat happy but there seems to be a great disparity in the way the bidding progressed. See this auction number, 280079818333 and then compare it to # 280071469315 . Look at the bid history on both. The first time the auction closed, the reserve was not met. The second bidder was right behind me and my bid was increased by the incremental amount of $5.00 over his bid. Now that auction (the second number that I listed), closed without meeting reserve. I bid a good bit more than the amount closed for and since I did not have the hot competition, the reserve was not met. The second re-listed auction is the problem. The closest bidder I had was at $175.00 and when the auction closed, it did not bring the price up to $180.00 (though I had bid more), but increased the bid BY $125.00 TO CLOSE AT $400.00. Is this an attempt to collect higher final value fees by eBay "pinging" the reserve price then meeting it at my expense? What happened??? I have had this happen before, but not to such a glaring spread. Whats happppppennninggggg.........?????
