No, sorry, the terminolgy here is not universlally agreed upon... I meant the upper ends of the seat stays, the cosmetic approach used, be it a sold plug or cap, a flute, a fastback, a mitered to the rear of the seat lug, an angled "bologna" slice & plate, or ?..

This one is a pointed, tapered, convex flute.. not typical of Marinoni.

Most of the frame's features discussed thus far are very generic and could be found in many frames...

The 1980's white Torpados had Aelle-R tubing, the yellow ones had plain Aelle.

I'm pretty sure their top tube cable guides were different, not the double loop type.

Dale ruled out Marinoni, which was my guess. He mentioned seat stay top eyes (like for a rack?) I'm not seeing them in any of the pictures of this frame, but here's a Marinoni that has them:
