The Worksop made Raleigh Grand Prix, at least the two I have owned a 1968 and a 1969 were BSC threaded. Canadian made Grand Prix 1975 to 1979 were BSC threaded, to add to the confusion these have a Nottingham headbadge, may or may not have a "Made in Canada" decal, but will not have a "Made in England" decal. All others I have seen or heard about were Raleigh threaded. That said when it comes to Raleigh production there are no hard and fast rules, but then that's part of the fun. :-)
