My time these days is stretched very thin with running of my new restaurant, so I've had asked both Mike Schmidt and Guy Apple to help with the project. Mike was to help me email members to raise funds & for Guy to hold funds in an account he has set up solely for this purpose. Since it was outed to the list in entirety, we've decided to open the contribtions to the entire list.
It was not the intention to only include some members, but in trying to keep this offlist originally, only members who post to the list were emailed, as posts to the list are our only way of finding members email addresses.
Our goal is to raise $3500 to fund this trip. To date $2445 has been raised with $1605 on account and another $840 has been promised by various CR Members.
