Subject: [CR]For Sale: Gios Professional frame/fork

I have here a Gios Professional frame and fork, including an Campagnolo alloy headset (probably Athena), and a complete Record bb bearing/axle. Spaced at 126mm. Probably early 1980s. White with blue panels. Gold Gios coins in the fork crown.

59cm c-t seat-tube; 56cm c-c tt. Bottom-bracket shell stamped *GIOS* and *59* with two nice narrow oval cutouts.

The frame is well-used, and shows some wear, but all the graphics are there, and the paint is pretty much all there too, and in good shape. Some chipping in the usual places. Even the fork-blade crests are still there. There is a very small dent in the top-tube, on the underside, not visible unless you look for it, and it does not compromise the frame at all. Pretty much cosmetic. No other dents. No sign of any structural damage. I have pics for anyone interested.

I'd really like to sell it here rather than ebay, this time. $375 shipped. $325 if you pick it up or I deliver in greater Southern California...

E-mail me if you're interested.
