Chuck Schmidt offered workshops at: http://www.biketoss.com

I add: Ibob Cyclofiend Jim has a nice website for those who are not strictly on topic folks featuring lots of bike workshops among other things, most relevant to the list: Workshops of the Ibobs: http://www.cyclofiend.com/shop/ Current classics (vaguely akin to KOF, but more leeway): http://www.cyclofiend.com/cc/ Working bikes (porteurs and others): http://www.cyclofiend.com/working/

There is other good stuff too (single speeds, cross bikes etc.). Not exclusively ontopic bikes, but certailnly contains lots of stuff that would be on topic. Sort of a broader Fixed gear gallery...

My workshop is not up there yet, but you can see a peek of it here: http://www.tariksaleh.com/moscaline/basementlair.jpg which is hilariously clean and remarkably free hanging wheels, tools, bent and broken frames, and xc ski wax trailings. Must take another more realistic photo...
