Subject: [CR]Reynolds tube sizes?

Hi all, I have amongst my collection a lugged steel Wilson(Sheffield England) 'racing' frame set it is 20" /7 speed and dates from the late 70's early 80's(just in timeline), I have been trying to figure out what it is built from? the seat post an SR Laprade is nominaly around 26.6mm and the inside of seat lug is around the same but marginaly bigger, the outside of the seat tube is around 28.8-29.2mm all measurements taken with an electronic Vernier gauge, what tube could it be built from? it is light and definately not gas tube but not super light ,I believe Wilson frames of the period were all built from Reynolds tube ,it rings nicely when tapped and has no mudguard eyes, forks are 531 with columbus ends but could be a replacement. any ideas?
