Too weird to fully describe here, but lots of photos on auction page:

Item # 320102148307

Fillet brazed frame with very ornate pseudo-headlugs. Braze-on pump pins below top tube. Internal cable routing for rear brake cable. Oiler hole atop bottom bracket. Two pairs of eyelets set high on seat stays. Pencil-point seat stay tops. Italian style fork with Campy fork tips & no eyelets. Stamped dropouts with pull hook claws & threaded hanger. Clamp-on style seat tube binder. Chainstay protector braze-on (for leather strap)?

Rust, chipped paint, and repaint looks like heavy tar. Mismatched components from around the world & all in poor condition.

Seller has no clue what it is. VERY weird, but could be a fun project frameset.

Anyone have a clue about this lump of coal... or rough diamond?

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If I were a betting man, I'd reckon that a mike on the stem would read 22.0, not 22.2, and that the BB cups are 35x1. Just a guess, a gut feel, from the fork shape and bilaminate work, and I could well be wrong.

If I were to win it, might just suggest that he deposit the saddle and wheels in the "tip" before shipping the carcass. Given overall condition, I'd worry about extracting stem and seatpost. I sure don't plan to bid w/o more of a clean bill of health.
