"Faster than all the cyclomoteurs, will the "Giro" change the average
speed of bicycle races to 50 kph? The energy provided by a gyroscope,
turning a 3 kg. wheel 650 to 1000 rpm, allows a rider to reach as much
as 60 kph. So.. how soon will we see the "Giro" in the Tour de France?"
