I'll bet another list member, particularly one from Italy, will nail this, but I believe Rossignoli is a very old, and very cool, retail shop in Milan, still in operation last time I was there, four or so years ago. They were still selling house-brand bikes, mostly city bikes and some racier ones. I'd guess your bike is also a house-brand model, perhaps made by a contract builder.
