Tam - While I fully respect your preferences for Diamond, the Wippermann was listed as an option in the Paramount spec sheet, at least for '38. I'm grateful that Ted Ernst was able to sell me one when I restored my Paramount a couple of years ago. To paraphrase an old line, if a Wippermann showed up at my house offering to be used, I wouldn't throw it back out in the yard.
