i did this with a dura ace hub i got...i had to move to one cross lacing from radial lacing since i used an aero rim and the ERD was different...i reused the nipples too, but nipples are real cheap so i would replace them if i were you. i also used some light sandpaper to polish/clean the bladed spokes.

if you want to reuse spokes your new rim needs to be real close in profile to the old one and you should keep spoke orientation the same...as in leading stays leading and trailing stays trailing. nipples are inexpensive...butted spokes are reasonable and bladed spokes are expensive.
