I don't think it can be that late, here are the clues: If it was a 70's or 80's Prestige with the wrong decals, it'd have a crest on the crown flats, and it'd have seatstay plugs. And tho Alberto did produce the Gran Crit until around 1979, these later GC's (and Prestiges too) were pretty consistent about having date stamps on the BB (about 1975 on, but not consistently at first). Since this one doesn't have one, it probably dates to '76 or earlier. Also, none of the late 70's Prestiges and Gran Crits have "+GF+" (Georg Fischer) on the BB... either they'd moved on to the investment cast BB or Alberto was filing the marks off, like we occasionally did over here on some of the US Masis.
