The Pogliaghi that was
recently listed on eBay, the light blue one with the
serial number 9630 was being sold as original.
any thoughts on this? My take is that this is an early
70's bike that was repainted in the later 70's, and at
this time had additional braze on's added.

I own Pogliaghi #9641 and it is the same color as the one previously
on eBay.
The decals are definitely wrong, maybe early 80's? I also have not
seen any from that era with any other braze ons except for the rear
deraillier cable stop.
