Picked this up today, I know some of the group is Nuovo Record like the rear derailleur and the hubs, but the rest just says Campagnolo. Also, the frame has no markings other than forged Campagnolo dropouts, and on the underside of the bottom bracket, a large N followed by a smaller 032. He listed it as a touring bike, but given the small variance in cogs, and the tubular wheels, it seems weird that he actually used it with panniers for touring. The baskets and panniers came with the deal, nothing special there, I think they're Wald folding baskets.
The guy I bought it from said he put it together for his son with a bunch of parts, he didn't know who made the frame.
