A suggestion, if I may: ASK the supplier of the dvd in question if it's, in fact, an "all Region" dvd. Many speciality dvds are. And I ws told by a UK seller of cycling dvds (the ones on Tommy Simpson) that yes, they were all region. It's up to the maker of the dvd to determine if it's region specific, it's not something ordained or automatic.
