These are New Old Stock, original late 70's early 80's, with "TI REYNOLDS LIMITED" in the gold band on the bottom of the frame transfer and on the top of the fork transfers. Yes, they have the TI Circle logo in the gold band. These are NOS, "dry fix" or "rubon" transfers, and I'll include a scan of the installation instructions.
