Ah! That might be a quirky siutation... because the Stronglight spindle is meant for thin-wall cups, and I believe the Sugino cups are of the thick-wall type.

That doesn't mean they can't be made to work, though. You might be able just might need a spacer of the fixed cup side and have to accept some overhanging threads on the adjustable cup side. C'est la vie, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia (USA)
