I bought the Reg Harris Story DVD from Bromley Video (http://www.bromleyvideo.com/) last year, I also asked them if the DVD had any region coding on it, they confirmed that it does not have region coding, it played on all 4 of my DVD players with no problem.
I highly recommend this video.
NTSC or PAL is not an issue, repeat NOT AN ISSUE, all you need to be concerned about is region coding.
