I'm still trying to identify this frame. Purchased from someone here in the SF Bay Area. It may be a local builder; it may not. There are absolutely no markings/serial numbers on the frame other than a possible "signature" seat stay arrangement. It appears to be a fillet-brazed built-to-purpose track frame. It still retains its tubing stickers which mark it as Tange Prestige. It is quite light. Any ideas?
