Custom (USA ?)Builder and this pic link shows the most distinctive

feature: a seatcluster with single circle cutouts in the lugs. The

headlugs also have this cutout. It has braze-on shifter bosses, top

cable eyelets, Campy VERTICAL dropouts and all NR components with a

patent '79 RD. People have guessed it could be a Tom Ritchey or Peter
