I recently saw a set of just the long-reach Campy brakes (this bike is fitted with optional Campagnolo brakes, not the standard Universals) go for nearly that much. Factor in the headset, bottom bracket, high-flange hub set, front and rear derailleurs, shifter assembly, seat post, crankset, and old logo Cinelli bars and stem and I have rationalized that the seller has actually paid ME to take his frameset. Besides, I think Windsors are kind of cool.
