Is this a Super Special or not. I say no because of the Bottom Bracket and the eyelets, very nice chrome though. Mr. Ritz you can get out of the Dog House on this.(just Joshin)

I respond: Yep, it's a Super Speciale and a first year model. Besides the eyelets, look at the fork crown - it's a Cinelli crown that has not been filed and shaped to match the blade, so there's an overhang on the crown. I remember having this exact model (gee, this is even my size!) when I worked for Lawee in 1972.
