Cool old bike. Obvious repaint, built up with rather a dog's breakfast of random parts by the look of it. Much later brakes, I think the headset is of the Nuovo GS sort, the gold ano'd Phillipe bars seem unlikely as do the "Dutch" clincher rims and the Lyotard pedals. On the plus side that badged stem is a nice piece and the raised pedal lip crank could be worth a good chunk of the rather optimistic starting price if correct (the seller seems to have avoided taking any close ups of the crank/BB area, so that remains in doubt.)

When did Cinelli headlugs lose the "points"? A friend had a nice SC without them we tentatively dated to '61- or '62.
