I never imagined hearing about the duties of a moil on CR, but, since it's become a topic, I thought I'd share one of my late father's stories about a cyclist and a moil. Years back a cyclist was out for a ride on the lower East Side of New York City when he spotted a fabulous bike in a shop window. He stopped, immediately entered and asked the price of the bike from the man in the shop. The fellow replied, " I don't sell bikes, I'm a moil." The cyclist, now a little upset, asked, "then why do you have a bike in your window?" The moil answered, "so, what do want I should put in the window?"
