Yours is pretty close I would say! How do I know mine is a 1972? Because Loek Valk, owner of Presto since around '83, told me. Its an early Jan Legrand, some details in his frames he developed later, and showed alos in the TI-Raleigh teambikes he build later in the 70s.
I'd love to see some pics of your Presto! If you look further on in my wolljersey album, you'll find tow more, later, Presto's; one built by Jan Legrand, one built by Peter Serier. And the resprayed '72 Presto!
