I WUS WRONG! Or at least the Postal Calculator was WRONG! And Steven and Mike were correct.

I spoke to a Postal sizing expert and indeed prices have stayed about the same to Japan and parts of Europe for "Express Mail International." She said the "Country Specifics" Section, supercedes the international calculator. So, check the "country specific" section before giving a price quote. Then go to the country of choice and scroll down to "Express Mail International"

The Postal Express Mail International Service is approximately 85.00 for a frame box w/ max. 108" ( girth + length) weighing about 15 pounds.
