Hi All I have a set of tatty wheel covers with a patch sewn on them carrying the insignia of the USCF and the words United States Cycling Federation. Another smaller patch above this one has the initials MG.They are/were silver in color.There lies the problem.They are deteriorating before my eyes despite the fact that they have been in a plastic bag for at least the last 9 years and every time I pick them up some of the silver coloring comes off in the form of dust.They were the type that stretch over the tyre in one piece rather than the sort that go around and clip on to the spokes.If anyone wants them to go with a tatty bike (perish the thought) I am happy to post them for the cost of postage from Australia.If not they are headed for the bin.
