I just dug up two pair of campy toe clips. Both new, never installed. One pair is Chorus, still in the box, the other is not in a box, don't know the model. The chorus are stamped "M" but they look pretty small to me. They are both steel judging from the refrigerator magnet's reaction to them.
I have only the vaguest recollection of acquiring these, I think they didn't fit on the pedals that I wanted to use them with, they mount along the surface of the pedal, not on the edge. In any case, I have no use for them now. Would be happy to send them to anybody who can use them. Or if these are super-rare, unobtanium sets and somebody wants to pay me a couple thousand dollars for them, I'll take that too ;-)
