Subject: [CR]Old Brit bike for sale

An old Brit bike came in to Trips for Kids today. It has a 1948 San Francisco parking permit on it, and that definitely looks younger than the rest of the bike. The crank is stamped with BSA initials as the spider. It's a single speed, horizontal drop outs, chain adjusters push (rather than pull) the axle back. It's been in a prang with a bit of a wrinkle in the top and down tubes. It has fast back seat stays and what looks like fillet brazed seat cluster. Other joints are lugged. Stem is adjustable. The bike isn't priced yet. Other than volunteering there, I have nothing to do with pricing or selling.

Cheers
