Antiques Roadshow seems to have only a few broad categories of expertise on hand for appraisals, so I doubt they would have anyone qualified to speak to a fine example of uour field of interest. I'd bet if you walked in there with a NIB Herse or '57 Campy crank, Juy 543, or 1st gen Gran Sport derailleur or even a NOS '50s Cinelli or DeRosa, you'd probably be met with a blank stare and sent away. Maybe a TdF winning bike with ironclad provenence would catch their eye, but they'd still probably be incapable of making anything approaching an informed appraisal.
I imagine there are many, many other popular and vital fields of collecting they are totally unqualified to speak to as well where you'll never see anything from on air.
