here is a picture of the nitto bars i am in the process of modifying to work with these very same levers:

the screw is countersunk so the grips will slide over it.. i still haven't decided whether i will also drill the grip to match (so the lever can be removed without destroying the cork) it is tempting to keep the mechanism concealed though.. don't forget you will also need to drill another hole for the cable to exit...
