"Thunderbird" (Mozilla's email counterpart to FireFox) will also do this for links in email messages, and the built-in Junk filter is quite effective in preventing this type of thing from landing in your Inbox in the first place.

The latest FireFox will also pop up a warning if you click on a link that has been identified as fraudulent in some way.

Good features, and the price is right (free).
