RE: [CR]Cinelli bar STAR LOGO?

I have a bar with the "flying C" logo on both sides and 64-40 below the logo on both sides. Giro D'Italia is, of course model 64, but Giro D'Italia is not engraved anywhere on the bar. Can anyone date these bars?
