We can do the San Antonio Mission Trail, largely on dedicated bike paths along the River from Mission to Mission (about 22 miles RT, fairly flat). Dinner at the Blue Star microbrewery on South Alamo Street, or La Focaccia Italian Restaurant or Tito's Tex -Mex. List member Sam Lingo can be coralled and some of the Austin crowd might be induced to drive down. Art Link,San Antonio,TX,USA

Dear Texas or otherwise interested list members,
>From time to tme I see a mention of a local Vintage ride get together on
the list. Do we do this in Texas? If we don't I had a thought that
perhaps once a moth or every two maybe we could put together a weekend
ride. My thought was perhaps we could take turns hosting a ride where we
took our fellow Vintagers on one of our favorite local jaunts. If we
came together like on a Saturday evening for supper at a local eatery
then on Sunday a nice ride 25-50 miles it might be fun and we would get
to meet and enjoy the bikes we love. Thoughts anyone?
