I have had considerable problems trying to put NOS period Campagnolo brake hoods on their respective brakes. Although in good condition, the hoods are tight and I'm afraid to damage them. A search of the CR Archives hasn't been helpful. I'm sure this is a common problem. Is there a lubricant needed or will warming the rubber help?
