My Raleigh Team Pro has metric-gauge 753 and a 26.8 post. Didn't English gauge 753 frames typically take a 27.4 post? Were the later 753 Raleigh Team Pros English-gauge tubing?

What's the seat tube diameter? If the frame's 753 I believe it should be 26.8 or possibly 27.0. Most importantly, what is the serial number stamped on the underside of the bottom bracket. All 753 Team Pro's should have a serial number beginning with SB. Having said all that, the lugs and bottom bracket look to be the same as my 1977/78 Team Pro.
