Steven from Salt Lake City wrote regarding Paul's post about his dealing with Matteo:

"I've never dealt with Matteo personally, so I can't speak to his customer service skills.

However, if I were in his shoes and received an email such as Paul's first message, containing what could be perceived as a threat (even if it wasn't intended as such), I would have a) immediately refunded the buyer's money, and b) blocked said buyer from bidding on any of my future auctions.

In my experience, when dealing with a buyer who starts off in an even remotely confrontational manner, there is no satisfaction to be had."

I agree with this post wholeheatedly and have already taken action on my ebay blocked bidder list. For those that would like to do likewise or know which auctions to boycott, the ebay id's of the two parties involved in this exchange are: Matteo whose id is YOURSTREETDEALER and Paul whose ebay id is: PJWOD

Pure speculation on my part is that the latter will be placed on far more blocked bidder lists than the prior's auctions being boycotted.

The transaction involved is this one: http://ebay.com/<blah> value of $9.50 plus shipping.
