Yes, the only "decal" is really a foil sticker (headbadge of sorts) It looked like there was a down tube one as well, but there was only adhesive residue there now. It also had two world champion foil seat tube bands, and a cheasey hand made in france sticker. It was also a gold color. I'll put some pics up on my photo site soon.
