hi all, testing the waters for interest,availability for a cr vintage bike ride at the jersey shore.easy access to starting point allaire state park(the bike trail follow the atlantparking lot) from gs parkway and I-195 my thinking is early is better this time of year so i'd be shooting for say a 9 ish am(i'm flexible) start with say an 8am early arrival for a swap or donuts kind of thing ala tom adams last mem, day ride to sandy hook it will be a ride to manasquan beach and then we will cruise through the irish riviera(sea girt ,spring lake)then belmar and perhaps as far as coconut grove(ocean grove) and back.i may move the starting point a few miles south to the former allenwood train station if i can get an ok on parking there.date could be as early as this sunday aug.5 (weather purportedly gorgeous) but if that is too short of notice then the following sat. or sunday, (i prefer sunday morning) could work for me also.the pace is definitely moderate unless you all want to leave me in the dust but plenty of room for the sprinters among you to forge ahead.contact me off list at _kvnmuadib@aol_ (mailto:kvnmuadib@aol) . com and i will provide my cell# and further details,directions if they transpire. kevin ruberg howell nj usa
