Dmitry, not to answer for Donald, but I'm guessing he thinks the twin- plate fork crown's plates are not parallel to each other?

I'd say that the plates are parallel with each other and that the problem is camera lens distortion and that the fork crown is fine (and beautiful according to my opinion).
