Subject: [CR]Disassembling/greasing Harden hubs

Hi,

Some questions regarding Harden hubs similar to the one in this picture:

http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/avthardenfw1-300.jpg

(that's the version with cartridge bearings):

How do I disassemble the hub, specifically how do I remove the dust covers (not sure about what that is - the part that is adjacent to the locknut and apparently covers the bearing) - do I just pry them off with a flat screwdriver or what?

I have no experience with cartridge bearings hubs - I assume the locknuts should be tightened against those covers/cups - is that so and if yes how tight should they be?

Finally, is there a modern (or easily available) grease gun that can work with the grease ports on those hubs?

Thank you.
