Hello All,

I'm going to bring a 1972 Bob Jackson home on thursday, I am selling it for an older fellow who doesn't know too much about bikes, but had this bike. I told him I knew a goup of collectors who would probably be interested. I would like to get $125 US plus shiping for the frameset with the original steel headset. The headtube decal remains, but the frame has been very slopily spraypainted. It has campagnolo long drop-outs, no eyelets to speak of, over the BB braze-on cable guides and the housing stop on the chainstay. The frame measures 52cm c-c Seattube by 55cm c-c top tube. If you are interested in purchasing this frame please email me and I will send all interested parties photos thursday evening. Remember this frame is in need of a full strip and repaint. Initial inspection did not reveal any dents but I will go over it with a fine tooth comb on thursday night. I assume it is made from reynolds 531 but I don't know much about Bob Jacksons. The rear is spaced ~126mm so I assume it was cold set at some point. I will check to make sure the frame is in allignment etc...
