Hello Dmitry,

The bearings are press fitted to the axle, and the dust caps are press fitted into the end of the hub shell. Remove all lock nuts, open your vice jaws to just beyond the diameter of the dust caps, pad the vice jaw tops (old toe straps are ideal), place one end of the hub on the vice so that the axle protrudes down between the jaws and the dust cap clears the padded jaws, and then tap down on the upper end of the axle, making sure you don't damage the thread. This will remove the upper bearing and dust cap. Turn the hub over and repeat for the other end.

If they are a bit stubborn a tiny bit of heat in the shell should help.

When assembling it is best to use a tube that slides over the axle, but which only applies pressure to the inner part of the bearing.
